Andrew has over 30 years of direct commercial experience owning and managing business in transport, manufacturing, consulting and agribusiness. The advantage of this diverse knowledge is that he has personally used virtually every product he deals with as a Finance Broker, but the real added value he brings to the role is that he understands what the key issues are in each of his client’s situation. Furthermore, his ability to work with key stakeholders and advisors such as Accountants in formulating the best financial solution has become paramount to the Triplegem experience.

Andrew has a Masters in Business Administration, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors and also holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. When a director of the manufacturing business, the company was internationally benchmarked a ‘high performance organisation’ and won a National Award for Human Resource management using a proprietary system he developed. He has consulted in M&A and strategic partnerships on deals up to A$50m.
