Full marks for persistence and perseverance. A professional to help you through the hurdles and hoops of refinancing for the self-employed. Andrew helped me through a tough assignment, he never gives up and offers constructive suggestions along the way.
Through no fault of our own, we got ourselves in an awful financial situation. Despite our business thriving, we had a massive debt that the banks were refusing to finance and instead were suggesting that we should close our business. But to do so meant we also would have lost our home and most of our other personal assets.
We employed a great bookkeeper, asked our Accountant to help who also brought in a Finance Manager. Despite paying over $2000 to this Finance Manager, he only just made things worse, he just didn't seem to understand the trucking industry.
We were in a bad way and desperate when a friend suggested we give Andrew a call. We were honest, he was our last resort, and if said there was no hope we would have had nothing left.
But Andrew said leave it with him. He rang our Accountant, then pretty quickly he was making suggestions, and re jigging our finances with new lenders, then all of a sudden he sent us an email and said "all sorted" and it was. Our business and home saved.
We would like to add that we are in Victoria while Andrew is in Western Australia, so everything was done over email and phone calls.
We are already looking to buy another investment property and will get Andrew on board for this too.
