Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy

At Triplegem Finance we are committed to the highest service and ethical standards. However we acknowledge that it is possible from time to time there may an occasion where you are not satisfied.

Our internal dispute resolution (IDR) process is set out below and ensures consumers are treated fairly and with respect in accordance with ASIC resolutions.

  1. Contact the firm by email or phone detailing your issue. If this fails to resolve it, make a formal written compliant detailing and explaining what you’d like them to do to resolve or address it.

  2. If you aren’t happy with our response to your concerns, or the problem can’t be fixed or otherwise resolved, you can ask to make a formal complaint to AFCA.
